A: Yes our fillings are: Strawberry, Raspberry, Lemon, Chocolate Fudge, Oreo, Cream Cheese, Bavarian Cream, and Chocolate Bavarian Cream.

A: We specialize in American Buttercream icing made from scratch.

A: We do not cover our cakes with a sheet of fondant. Fondant is only used as accents & embellishments (flowers & leaves, shape cut outs, stripes, letters, numbers and plaques etc..).

A: Yes, sheet cake sizes are: ¼ sheet, ½ sheet, Full sheet, X-Lg Sheet. A limited amount of sheet cakes are accepted per week.

A: Yes, the standard shapes available are: round, square, hexagon, oval and hearts.

A: We do not keep character pans in stock. We can give suggestions on where you can rent them and we will bake & decorate the cake for you if we have availability.

A: 3D cake ideas have to be reviewed on a case-by-case bases. Since we special in buttercream icing and do not cover our cakes with a sheet of fondant some 3D designs are not possible. Contact us for more information.

*Please note we do not generally create custom theme cupcakes. However, we make some exceptions depending on how detailed your desired design may be. Also, the season and our availability are taken into consideration.

A: Choose from our line of cookies: gourmet rich & thick chocolate chip, chocolate chip peanut butter, lemon tarts and gooey butter cookies! Our seasonal classic & gourmet chocolate covered strawberries, seasonal chocolate candy turtles, seasonal candy apples & gourmet caramel apples and more. Just ask we may be able to accommodate!

A: Yes, for best results all tiered cakes and cakes iced with buttercream should be refrigerated. Other cakes and desserts may not need refrigeration. If in doubt please contact us or ask before leaving with you order.

A: No, for safe travel we do not advise placing any cake on the seat of a vehicle. We suggest cakes be placed on a flat leveled surface of the vehicle (floor base or clean trunk) or be held by an adult not driving.

A: Yes a personal photo can be added onto a cake; some exceptions may apply. Vulgar and explicit sexual graphics not allowed.

A: Yes, a selection of edible image designs can be printed.

A: We suggest orders be placed at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure your requested date is available. Some dates are more popular than others and may book quickly. This varies depending on the season.

A: If you already have an idea of a cake design we will be happy to provide you with a quote. Email us your cake picture of inspiration, a computer generated drawing or a sketch. Please see the “Contact Us” tab, fill out the Cake Quote Request form and attach your picture there.

A: SECURE YOUR DATE

Once a quote has been provided and an order has been established and confirmed a

non-refundable deposit of 50% is due up front to lock in & secure your date with the remaining balance due at the time of pickup.

Once your order has been confirmed you are given (3) days to submit your deposit.  If your deposit is not received by the deadline the quote will expire and the order is no longer valid with no record being kept on file.

If the cake is being delivered the balance must be paid-in-full two weeks prior to the delivery date.

*This excludes wedding cakes, which other delivery, deposit rules & regulations will apply (see wedding tab for details).

*No dates are held without a deposit.

• Debit/Credit Online – We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. A 3% service charge will apply. Request an invoice for online payments.
• Cash – by appointment only

• Checks – if paying at least two-weeks prior to your event

A: Generally deliveries are reserved for wedding cakes with (3) tiers or more, dessert buffet setups and corporate events.  Other delivery request are taken into consideration and granted upon availability.   In all cases a delivery fee will apply, which is based on mileage and setup depending on event location.
