ABOUT THE OWNER

Carla Soll

Is a professional mobile baker & cake decorating instructor and the proud owner of Anointed Cake Creations, LLC. She also has over 15 years in a corporate setting and knows oh so well the importance of good relationships, team building, and boosting moral.

“My passion for the business began in 2006 after my daughter Kyra suddenly passed away, due to complications she suffered from heart surgery. It was during this trying time I relied on my faith to get me through. However, I needed something to keep my mind occupied. I noticed an advertisement for cake decorating classes, which at that time I had never baked a cake before. Who would have thought baking would become my therapy! My daughter’s death was not in vain. Her memory is the driving force behind my business.”

ACC creates a non-threatening interactive hands-on environment where teams learn more about their teammates as they work together using effective communication skills while utilizing “CAKE” and other confectionery treats to complete the task and accomplish the goals set. This is the sweet solution to motivate employees to unleash their creativity, reduce stress, breakup monotony at work and chances of employee burnout.

“Any Way You Slice It" Cake Off Challenge (minimum 10 participants or paid registrations)

Bring these FUN, INTERACTIVE, HANDS-ON cake off challenges right to your office, meeting or conference!!

Inspired by the popular cake style competitions you love to binge watch today
on most streaming platforms!

Package 1

“DECORATE ON THE FLY" (2 1/2 hr. session)

Teams are provided (1) sheet cake and given a theme with no knowledge ahead of time. They must decorate the cake with the theme in mind. All the icing & confections provided must be used as part of the final creation.

Package 2

“CUT & CREATE 3D Challenge” (3 hr. session)

Teams will be provided with (2) sheet cakes to cut and create a 3D design that focuses on the theme that the company/employer chooses. All the icing & confections provided must be used as part of the final creation.

In both challenges, teams will be given instructions by the decorating instructor with Anointed Cake Creations.

The host company/employer will choose 3-4 judges. They will judge each
team’s final product based on the criteria listed below.

JUDGING CRITERIA
1) Idea/Creativity
2) Cake Appeal – How it looks
3) Execution & utilization of the materials
4) Cake Commercial/Presentation – Show the final product & walk us through the process.

Package 3

"CUPCAKE DECORATING SESSION" (2 hr. session)

Learning the basic skill of decorating cupcakes while working alongside your co-workers getting to know each other a little better during this FUN bonding experience!

Package 4

“SHAKE YOUR CAKES & DECORATE” DANCE PARTY VIBES (3 hr. session)

FUN! FUN! FUN! Customize your cupcake theme and come ready to decorate BUT the fun doesn’t stop here the party’s just beginning! After decorating and eating your sweet creations lets shake your cakes and work it off DANCING! BUST A MOVE LINE DANCING doing the most popular “SLIDES” that are done at social events! (Beginner friendly guided dance instructions)

It’s Our Treat!

-Cake instructor to lead & guide activities
-All the baked products, tools & materials needed to successfully decorate and complete activities
-All participants get an apron to use during the activity (remains the property of Anointed Cake Creations, LLC)
-All participants get a Certificate of Completion. Your company may provide additional prizes if desired.
-Finally each participant will “have their cake and eat it too”!
