“My passion for the business began in 2006 after my daughter Kyra suddenly passed away, due to complications she suffered from heart surgery. It was during this trying time I relied on my faith to get me through. However, I needed something to keep my mind occupied. I noticed an advertisement for cake decorating classes, which at that time I had never baked a cake before. Who would have thought baking would become my therapy! My daughter’s death was not in vain. Her memory is the driving force behind my business.”
